Founding Partner novatrust
With a background in economics and change management, Timon works on business development, R&D and consultancy projects in the rapidly changing ICT market. Over the past 20 years, Timon has worked on the improvement and innovation of business organizations when it comes to data (AI) projects and by initiating and managing applied consultancy projects. In addition to his substantive knowledge of various sectors (public/private), he has a passion for managing teams involved in ICT change & innovation processes. This has led several times to impactful projects around the development of data spaces. Clients include banks, pharmaceutical companies, health insurers, healthcare organizations, security services, municipalities and (international) governments.

Already more than 20 years experience on data driven approaches. From collecting data manually out of written documents to capturing data digitally with AI technology en federated learning: data is key in all business transformations.
As an innovative business person, I am a visionary who introduces novel ideas to gain a competitive edge. I spot opportunities unseen by others and take risks to seize them. My achievements span application service innovation, process innovation, market innovation, and organizational innovation. Innovation for me isn’t just about creating new things, but also enhancing existing ones. I am motivated by the desire to make a difference in government & industry.
